This design allows the gazebo to be bolted to the wall for extra security, however if desired installation of this product could include securing the legs down with A Reliable Industrial Sealant if you live in an area with freqent high winds.

We also reccomend in high wind and heavy storm rains that you protect your gazebo's canopy with a Tarpaulin as it is designed for general weather resistantance, not storms or extreme conditions.
